When office moves do occur, our department is critically involved. Under no circumstances are non-tech personnel to move or relocate phones or computer systems. This policy includes fax machines, scanners, or any other type of technological electronic equipment. All arrangements for technological equipment moves are initiated from our office. Once we are aware of an equipment relocation request, we schedule the move date and time with the primary contact person requesting the relocation.
