Motivational speaker to share experiences with community
Motivational speaker Morris Morrison will share his life experiences and positive message with the community at noon on Feb. 6 in the Maggie Hardy Magerko Auditorium, located in the Community Center at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus.
As an infant, Morrison was orphaned by the death of his parents. As a teen, he found himself on his own once again after the loss of his adoptive parents. Morrison made it his mission to use his life experiences as a way to unleash a new form of positive energy into his life through motivation.
After completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Morrison continued his personal and professional development as he successfully navigated the ranks of top corporations such as Equitable Resources, BB&T Bank, and Pfizer, Inc. Today, as a motivational speaker, consultant, and owner of Morrison Global Brands, Morrison has performed speaking engagements at Microsoft, the NBA, and many top universities throughout the country.
“We are honored to have such an amazing individual speaking to our campus and our community. This is a great opportunity for individuals who need a little motivation in their lives,” says Chad Long, manager of Student Affairs.
