The Lion Players present “The Comedy of Errors”

4/7/2010 —
The Lion Players’ 13th annual production, “The Comedy of Errors,” is sure to entertain audiences at its public performances at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus this month. The play will be presented on April 15 at 11 a.m. and April 16 and 17 at 7 p.m. in the Maggie Hardy Magerko Auditorium in the Community Center on campus. The performances are free and open to the public.

One of Shakespeare’s earliest plays, “The Comedy of Errors” is the story of two sets of identical twins accidentally separated at birth, who all end up in the same town at the same time. A farcical comedy, it is a tale of mistaken identity with wrongful beatings, a near-seduction and accusations of theft, infidelity and madness.

While admission to “The Comedy of Errors” is free, reservations and tickets are required. Call 724-430-4271 to make your reservations.
