DCNR staff learns about criminal procedure at Fayette Campus

Thirty-four Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources staff from across the state attended a week-long Criminal Procedure course at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus January 12-16. The course, specially designed by the campus for DCNR, examines the protections of the U.S. Constitution and the associated assurances of due process rights guaranteed to persons subject to arrest within the American criminal justice system, and the criminal justice process that exists in Pennsylvania.
