The Lion Players present “The Merry Wives of Windsor”

3/31/2008 —
The Lion Players’ 11th annual production, “The Merry Wives of Windsor,” is sure to stimulate lots of laughter at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus April 10, 11 and 12. Curtain time at the Maggie Hardy Magerko Auditorium in the Community Center each evening is 6:30 p.m.

A rare Shakespeare comedy, “The Merry Wives of Windsor” is the story of Falstaff, two merry wives and their husbands. Trickery, intrigue and deception abound as Falstaff tries to woo the merry wives to obtain their money; as the wives, aware of his objectives, work to get revenge and humiliate him. The husbands have their own amusing issues, too!

Admission to “The Merry Wives of Windsor” is free, but reservations and tickets are required. Call 724-430-4125 for more information or to make your reservations.
