CEO Conversations offers three events in spring 2008
Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus announces its CEO Conversations, Spring 2008 series. Three separate events will feature four special guests.
• February 14: Tom Corbett, Pennsylvania’s attorney general, and Nancy Vernon, Fayette County district attorney
• March 6: Stephen Sheetz, chairman of Sheetz Inc.
• April 17: James O’Donnell, CEO of American Eagle Outfitters.
All three events begin at noon at the Maggie Hardy Magerko Auditorium in Penn State Fayette’s Community Center.
CEO Conversations is a special forum for students, but the public is also invited. There is no fee to attend.
An initiative of Dr. Emmanuel I. Osagie, chancellor of Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, CEO Conversations is designed to bring the business community onto campus to give students the opportunity to hear from and talk with key individuals in the local, regional and national business world about business, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Local businessman, philanthropist, and former Fayette County Commissioner Joseph A. Hardy III was the inaugural speaker at the September 11, 2007, debut of CEO Conversations at Penn State Fayette, an event that was hosted in part by Penn State Fayette’s Center for Entrepreneurial Technology Education Services (CETES).
