Penn State's Applied Research Lab and the Center for Community and Public Safety have developed a web-based non-lethal weapons certificate for the Department of Defense. As part of this initiative, a non-credit certificate in less-lethal weapons for law enforcement has resulted as well. The cost of this program is $299.00
